When you contact us

The form asks for your name, email and message; your phone number is optional. We also receive your agreement to use the information and the address of the page where you submitted the enquiry. We use this information to reply, prepare a proposal and communicate about your project. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

Form delivery and email

Form enquiries pass through Web3Forms and are delivered to our Gmail inbox. These providers process information to deliver and operate their services. Read more in the Web3Forms privacy policy and Google privacy policy. Their processing may take place outside your country.

Visits, analytics and browser storage

To serve the website, the server receives technical information such as your IP address, requested page and browser information. The website uses Google Analytics to measure visits. In the current configuration, Analytics loads automatically when a page opens. It may process visited pages, interactions, device information and cookie identifiers. Learn about Analytics cookies.

We count an enquiry when the form provider confirms it has accepted a submission. We measure email and telephone link clicks separately; a click does not confirm a sent email or completed call. These measurements use the page language, service category, form label and contact method. We do not send the name, email address, phone number or message entered in the form to analytics.

You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out tool.

Vercel Web Analytics

We also use Vercel Web Analytics to measure visitor numbers and page views. It loads automatically when you open a page. According to Vercel, the aggregated statistics may use the page URL, referring page, time of visit, approximate location, and device and browser information. Purpose and retention

We process project enquiries to take steps you request before an agreement or to fulfil it. For general questions and website security, the purposes are communication and secure operation of the service. Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw it.

Communications are retained for as long as needed for the enquiry, project and applicable legal obligations. The period depends on the nature of the communication and the service used. Contact us by email for information about a particular enquiry or to request deletion.

External links and your rights

Instagram and TikTok are opened when you choose their links; the icons are hosted on this website. Those platforms apply their own privacy policies.

Depending on the law applicable to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information and object to processing.
