A defined use case
We describe the task, its inputs, expected output and situations in which automation should not continue. We assess whether ordinary rules, AI or a combination of both is appropriate, with the limitations made explicit.
SERVERKODE / AI
We connect tools, organise workflows and use AI where it has a useful role. The starting point is a specific task, not the technology, with a clear decision about what should remain under human control.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Copying information between tools, categorising requests and preparing draft replies can take time every day. We examine which steps follow repeatable rules and which require judgement. Straightforward automation may be more appropriate than AI; the choice depends on the task, data quality and consequences of an error. More complex technology is not automatically a better solution.
When AI is used, we define information sources, usage boundaries and cases that require review. Generated responses can be inaccurate and are not treated as automatically reliable. Data access, provider processing and usage costs are discussed before implementation. The goal is an understandable workflow with appropriate checks, not a process that acts without oversight or clear responsibility.
For example, a customer completes a form, you receive the enquiry and the customer receives a confirmation email. Ordinary rules can handle this without AI. Unlike an application where the team works, automation connects steps between tools.
WHAT WE CAN DELIVER
The exact scope, timeline and deliverables are defined in your project proposal.
We describe the task, its inputs, expected output and situations in which automation should not continue. We assess whether ordinary rules, AI or a combination of both is appropriate, with the limitations made explicit.
We build agreed integrations between forms, email, systems or data sources. Capabilities depend on provider APIs and available access. Restrictions, licences and external costs are clarified in the plan rather than assumed to be covered.
Depending on the project, AI may support classification, summaries, searching approved material or drafting content. We define what the system is allowed to do and when human approval is required before a further action takes place.
We plan necessary access, output checks and a fallback when the process fails. Notifications, activity records and data-retention rules are defined according to the project and its privacy requirements, not added as an afterthought.
HOW WE WORK
We describe the current process and select a limited use case. Together, we determine how to assess whether the solution is useful, without assuming a particular time saving before it has been tested.
We build an initial version and test it with suitable, authorised examples. Incomplete information, inaccurate responses and integration failures are considered alongside ideal cases, so the evaluation reflects more than a polished demonstration.
Before use, we clarify approvals, responsibilities and error handling. Monitoring, changes made by external providers and later improvements are covered according to the support agreement and are not assumed to happen automatically.
COMMON QUESTIONS
No. Tasks with clear rules can often be handled more appropriately with conventional automation. AI may help with text or less structured information, but it also introduces uncertainty that needs to be tested and managed rather than ignored.
Before integration, we clarify what data is necessary, who has access and which providers process it. Sensitive data is not included without appropriate assessment and approval. Retention and usage limits depend on the configuration and terms of the chosen services.
Only within actions explicitly authorised for the project. Sensitive actions or outputs requiring judgement are planned with human review. If information is missing or a step fails, the process should stop or follow the agreed fallback rather than continue unchecked.
