SERVERKODE / E-COMMERCE

E-commerce and online stores for your business.

E-commerce does not end at the product page. We organise the catalogue, buying experience and order administration so the store makes sense both to customers and to the people responsible for running it.

THE BIGGER PICTURE

From choosing a product to managing the order.

A customer needs to understand what they are choosing, what it costs and what happens next. We begin with the products, their variations, your sales markets and how orders are fulfilled. These decisions shape the catalogue, filters, product information and checkout. Good design makes this information easier to find and use, rather than treating it as an afterthought.

For the business, the store also needs an understandable process for managing products, stock and orders. We choose the platform and features around agreed requirements, taking the limitations of payment and delivery providers into account. We do not promise a particular sales outcome; we build the digital foundation that supports the way you intend to trade.

A business website explains your offer and guides visitors to contact you. An online store adds the catalogue, cart, order process and product and order management, with integrations confirmed for the project.

WHAT WE CAN DELIVER

The details that
make a difference.

The exact scope, timeline and deliverables are defined in your project proposal.

01

An organised catalogue

We define categories, variations and the information customers need to make a choice. Product entry or import is planned according to the quantity, format and quality of your existing material, with responsibilities clarified before the catalogue is populated.

02

A considered buying experience

We build the journey from browsing to the basket and checkout. Particular attention is given to mobile screens, product information and the presentation of costs, so the steps involved in making an order remain understandable.

03

Payments and delivery

We configure agreed payment and delivery options according to platform and provider support. Account opening, verification and external service charges are clarified separately; they are not assumed to be included in the development fee.

04

Administration and checks

We prepare product and order management within the agreed scope. Main flows, notifications and selected order scenarios are tested. Your team receives guidance for the functions it will manage, with ongoing responsibilities made clear.

HOW WE WORK

From the first conversation
to handover.

  1. Plan how you will sell

We clarify products, markets, currencies and the order process. Responsibilities for prices, stock, delivery and source material are established so the catalogue and store settings can be prepared on an accurate basis.

  2. Build the experience

We organise the structure and design, then develop approved features. Integrations are confirmed after checking technical capabilities and necessary access, not simply because a particular provider has been named.

  3. Test before launch

We test buying and administration scenarios using the agreed setup. Together, we review content, costs and notifications. The store is published after approval, with guidance and support as defined in the agreement.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Clarity, before
we begin.

Can you move an existing store?

We can assess it. Migration depends on the current platform, exportable data and the features that need to be retained. Products, customers, orders and redirects are addressed through an agreed plan rather than assumed to transfer automatically in full.

Are payment and platform fees included?

Payment-provider fees, subscriptions, paid extensions and delivery services are external costs. We identify relevant services during planning and clarify which are needed. Their terms, availability and charges depend on the provider and the market in which you operate.

Who prepares product information and sales terms?

You confirm commercial information, prices, delivery rules and relevant policies. We can help structure and enter them when included in the proposal. Text subject to legal requirements should be reviewed by your responsible person or adviser before publication.
